Return Policy

All sales are final, no refunds/returns/exchanges.

Shipping

​Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your order to process / ship. Once you receive tracking via email, you can expect your items to arrive within 2-4 days. (varies internationally)

Balcony Life$tyle is not responsible for any lost, or stolen packages in the shipping process, you must go through USPS for compensation.

​If you input the wrong shipping information at checkout and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible to pay any additional shipping costs.

In the event that you've received the wrong order, the wrong size, or a defective item, we will gladly offer you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
